Electronics Design Engineer – Schematic & PCB
Design the circuit boards inside our IoT and robotics products: from component choice and schematic to a reviewed, manufacturable PCB layout, working with our firmware and assembly teams in Jajpur Town.
What you will do
- Turn product requirements into circuit designs, choosing components from datasheets with cost and availability in mind.
- Draw schematics and run electrical rule checks in KiCad, Altium or a similar tool.
- Lay out 2-layer and 4-layer boards: placement, routing, power and ground planes, and design-for-manufacture rules.
- Prepare Gerbers, drill files, BOM and pick-and-place files for fabrication and assembly.
- Bring up first boards with the team, debug design issues on the bench, and revise the design.
- Keep schematics, libraries and design notes organised so others can build on them.
What we look for
- Hands-on schematic capture and PCB layout, shown through projects, internships or past work.
- Comfortable with at least one EDA tool such as KiCad, Altium, OrCAD or EasyEDA.
- Solid grounding in analog and digital electronics, power supplies and common interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, USB).
- Reads datasheets and reference designs carefully.
- Uses a multimeter, bench supply and oscilloscope to verify a design.
- Experience with high-speed, RF or mixed-signal layout is a plus, not a requirement.
Who can apply
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics, ECE, E&TC, EEE, Electronics & Instrumentation or an equivalent branch.
- Freshers with a strong board-design portfolio and experienced engineers are both welcome to apply.
- Able to work on-site at our Jajpur Town office.
What you get
- Salary of ₹20,000–₹35,000 a month, based on skill and experience.
- Boards you design go into products that ship to customers.
- Access to our prototyping lab, assembly line and test equipment.
- Design reviews with senior engineers.
How we select
- 1Apply with your resume and, if you can, a link to a board you designed.
- 2A technical call about your past designs, around 30 minutes.
- 3A short design exercise: reviewing or drawing a small schematic.
- 4Offer letter with start date and salary.
