Electronics Engineer (Diploma) – BGA & SMD Rework
A hands-on bench role soldering, reworking and troubleshooting BGA and fine-pitch SMD boards for our IoT and robotics products, in our Jajpur Town lab.
What you will do
- Solder, rework and reball BGA, QFN and fine-pitch SMD parts using hot-air and rework stations.
- Assemble prototype and small-batch boards from BOMs and assembly drawings.
- Inspect joints under a microscope and fix bridges, voids, tombstoning and lifted pads.
- Troubleshoot faulty boards to component level with a multimeter, bench supply and oscilloscope.
- Run first power-up and functional tests, and record results and repairs.
- Keep the rework bench, tools and ESD controls in order.
What we look for
- Proven hands-on BGA and SMD rework, including 0402 passives and fine-pitch ICs.
- Confident with hot-air rework, soldering stations, flux, solder paste and stencils.
- Reads schematics and datasheets well enough to trace a fault.
- Comfortable with a multimeter, bench power supply and oscilloscope.
- Patient and precise with small, detailed work.
- X-ray or AOI inspection experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Who can apply
- Diploma in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Hands-on BGA / SMD soldering and board-level troubleshooting experience. Freshers with strong practical skill are welcome to apply.
- Able to work on-site at our Jajpur Town office.
What you get
- A full-time role with salary based on skill and experience.
